New comers are kindly asked to speak to a Welcome Team member after Mass who will provide them with the information they require and newcomer’s forms. Please fill in both the A1/A2 forms immediately (to be left with the Welcome Team who will ensure that the Rector receives it). The Rector will make contact with you in due course. If there is an urgent need to speak to the rector, please contact the Parish Office 021 551 8529.

Hospitalization
Please ensure that the Parish Secretary receives correct details about your hospitalization. We also ask that you inform the secretary once you are discharged from hospital: 021 5518529
Prayer Chain
The Parish has parishioners who are responsible for praying regularly for persons in need of prayer.
Home Visits/Communions
For parishioners who are bed-ridden or unable to get to church and who would like to receive Communion, this can be arranged through the parish office.

Tithing
It is very important that as Christians we should take our tithing seriously!
“Let everyone give accordingly as they determined in their heart, nor grudgingly or from compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”

If you do not have a pledge number, please make sure that you get one from the Parish Secretary. If you wish to pledge electronically, please contact the Parish office. Pledge envelopes are distributed for 6 months at a time and may be collected on the shelf at the Park Avenue door of the church.
Marriages
Couples intending to get married must meet with the Rector 3 months before the marriage date. At the first meeting, couples must please ensure they have their Identity documents available.
Funeral / Interment Arrangements
If the need arises, please contact the rector or the office to be guided through the necessary arrangements.
Baptism Preparation

Parishioners wanting their babies baptized must be regular at worship and be pledge – paying members of the parish. Initially, there will be a meeting in the hall, for making application, and filling in the necessary forms.
This is followed by 3 sessions of Baptism Preparation, which includes a rehearsal. God parents will need to be present for these. The Baptism itself follows; taking place during the course of a 9.00 am Mass
